ISLANDpeople - The Book of Events

It’s a picture book, but it’s a book with three different chapters as its beginning…

For everyone it’s a different beginning , a chosen few will remember the ISLANDpeople beginnings as over 20years ago in the early 1980’s , It all started with House Parties at a Diamond Vale residence, usually while parents were away, a memorable way to usher in the New Year……

For others their ISLANDpeople experience originated as a positive id for people from the Caribbean. The experience came in different mediums,  in the T-shirt (yes a clothing line),  Boat rides and West Indian Parties of the late 1980’s and early 1990’s in New York, USA.
Again memorable clothing, sold out boat rides and over subscribed parties.

For one last group it’s the late 1990’s just , nearly ten years ago , when after much deliberation ISLANDpeople event experiences are initially promoted in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago  that would grow over the last decade to give you must attend events such as , AMNESIA, CAUTION, GIRL POWER, DAWN and INSOMNIA to name a few…

So enjoy the book, an archive of virtually every ISLANDpeople event ever produced …..
