You\’re assured that zero cash-out is necessary on your part, and all you are required to do is to proceed to the claiming area and present the winning code which you\’ll be given.
When you get there to claim your prize, their extra products will be marketed to you before they issue whatever prize you get for that winning code. To develop anxiety, you\’re told that you can \”take home\” any of the electronic devices you see-a chair massager, a flatware set, an induction cooker-all amounting a couple hundred dollars. So you think.
Later on, the person verifying your winning code comes back to you, with smiles from ear to ear, telling you that you have in fact been chosen as among the 3 lucky winners of a special privilege promo, which means, instead of only winning one product, you have the second privilege to take home the whole set of products marketed to you that day, following specific conditions.
Aha-one provision being, if you are going to buy one of the items you get the other 3 or 4 items absolutely for free. It goes without saying, the item that need be purchased is amounting thousands of dollars.
The amusing thing about it is that when inside the retail area, the sales guys seem to transform into professional actors – you recognize later on – that all this was dramatic – their exhilaration, the person calling on the cellular to verify that you simply do not have any next of kin amongst the sales staff, the display of the prizes you have \”won\” as another privilege, and so on. If you are not keen about it – you can actually wind up as impulsive buyer – and be swayed by the drama of shopping for just one item and bringing home five, even when you never had a requirement for just about any of these items in the first place.
With all these direct selling dramas, internet shopping gives more freedom of choice and control over your individual shopping adventure.
